Official Statement

This Membership Card certifies that the holder is a registered and active member of Talentwood Media & Entertainment Association (TMEA) and is eligible to avail professional support, advisory services, and institutional assistance provided by the Association in accordance with its Constitution, Rules, and Code of Conduct. This card may be used for professional identification, project-related documentation support, and association-level verification purposes, subject to the policies and discretion of the Association.

Security Note

  • This Identity Card is issued by Talentwood Media & Entertainment Association (TMEA) to the registered member and is strictly non-transferable & non-refundable. The card remains the property of TMEA and must be surrendered upon cancellation or expiry of membership.

  • This Identity Card shall be produced for professional identification and association-related verification purposes, whenever required by the Association or authorized representatives.

  • In case of loss, theft, or damage of this card, the cardholder must immediately inform the nearest police station and the TMEA office for record and re-issuance procedures.

  • Use of this Identity Card after expiry, suspension, or cancellation of membership is unauthorized and may invite disciplinary action as per the rules and bylaws of the Association and applicable laws.

  • Talentwood Media & Entertainment Association shall not be responsible or liable for any unlawful, illegal activities, unethical, or unauthorized activities carried out by the cardholder in personal or professional capacity.

  • This Identity Card does not constitute a guarantee of employment, casting, project allotment, or work opportunities. All professional engagements are subject to independent contracts, merit, and industry practices.

  • By holding and using this Identity Card, the member acknowledges and agrees to comply with the Constitution, Rules, Regulations, Code of Conduct, and Disciplinary Framework of Talentwood Media & Entertainment Association, as amended from time to time, which are available on the official website of the Association.

  • Misuse of this Identity Card, misrepresentation of authority, or violation of Association rules may result in suspension, cancellation of membership, and other appropriate action as deemed fit by the Association.

  • This Membership Card is valid across India for professional identification and association-level purposes, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and acceptance by concerned authorities or institutions.

Each Membership carries a unique Membership ID verification.

Any form of tampering, forgery, or duplication will be considered invalid and is strictly prohibited under applicable laws.
